We take our moves straight from the hottest videos and coolest dance floors and incorporate them into a fat burning, super-fun, easy-to-follow routine to provide the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. You will feel like you are a part of a music video rather than in a cardio crazy, core chiseling, booty toning, arm sculpting workout class.
