Julie Ostrow coaches individuals and teams to reconnect, communicate, and be more productive…through humor, laughter, and improvisation.
The “American Laughing Champion” and Second City-trained Julie Ostrow teaches people to use Improv 2 Improve to improve Creativity, Communication, Team Building, and Innovation. As a certified laughter yoga leader, she conducts humor and laughter workshops in which she teaches the benefits of using humor and laughter in all aspects of our lives.
Julie presents at conferences and events nationwide, and performs comedy locally at various venues.
