Expressly Leslie is the #1 rated restaurant in Woodstock, IL and for good reason. The food is fresh and made by hand with love, using recipes inspired by Leslie Cook, the owner of the charming and eclectic café that is nestled neatly inside the Woodstock Square Mall.

We have been a fan of Expressly Leslie since she got her start as a food vendor at the Woodstock Farmer’s Market. Every Saturday there would be a line outside Leslie’s food cart for yummy treats like Falafel, Hummus and vegetarian salads. Leslie later opened her brick and mortar location to serve food year round.

That’s just a sampling of how we know Leslie, but we want you to hear the story from Leslie herself…LIVE and in person, while enjoying her food. Join us for our first Labor of Love Lunch paired with a local business owner who started her own “Labor of Love” business.

Leslie’s talk will center around “Retiring into the Food Business and other Oxymorons”.

Starter: Choice of Red Lentil, Veggie Chili or Soup of the Day
Main Course: Stuffed Zucchini & Brown Rice
Dessert: Dates Stuffed with Labne & Walnut
Drink: Iced Mint Tea, Coffee or Water or you can bring your own beverage.
