Kieta Wheeler, MM is a Body Image Expert, author and speaker. Her company, Immeasurable You, inspires women to know that a number can never define them, not weight, age or wage.

She works with women all over the country and in Canada and is excited to share her personal journey and thoughts about positive body consciousness.

Most people are uncomfortable talking about their bodies. In this dynamic workshop, we will focus on learning to love and appreciate our bodies for the wondrous creations that they are. We’ll move (no crunches, I promise!), we’ll sing (but not kumbaya) and we’ll laugh… deep belly laughs as we talk about the ways that we redefine beauty for ourselves.
