GirlzJust Wanna Have Fun Events is hosting a Quarter Auction to raise money for Home of the Sparrow.
Home of the Sparrow is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that was established in 1986. Home of the Sparrow serves the community as a transitional shelter program providing housing and supportive services for homeless women and their children in McHenry County and Northern Illinois.
What is a Quarter Auction?
It is a super fun way to win some really nice prizes for next to nothing! You buy a paddle, which has a number. Paddles are $5 for your first paddle, $8 for a second paddle, or $10 for 3 paddles. Each paddle is assigned a number. (Each person at the event must have a paddle, and you cannot share). There will be 20 vendors at our event who will be selling products for 1-4 quarters. If you like the item and would like to win it, you put your quarters in the bucket, and put your paddle up. If your number is drawn, you win that item! Each vendor will have some great specials that night, and some will be doing additional giveaways.

$5 gets you in the door and includes a paddle. Additional paddles are available as well. Rolls of quarters will be available for purchase on site, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Doors open at 6:45, the auction begins at 7:30. Join the event on Facebook!
