- You get to bring in your favorite food and beverages: Unlike a lot of venues which force you to use in-house caterers (you’re already racking up the dollar signs in your head, aren't you?), we give you freedom to decide for yourself.
- We have all the furniture you'll need right here: With our wide array of round, rectangle & cocktail tables and chairs on-site, you can save hundreds of dollars compared to venues where you rent them separately.
- We let you use our technology at no additional charge: We've got a 55” HDTV for presentations or slideshows, DVD player, and iPod Amplifier with microphone. Think of all the savings you’ll get because you won’t have to rent them separately.
Rates and Packages
By the Hour
We offer hourly space rental rates at each of our venues with a 4 hour minimum booking on weekends and 6 hour minimum on Saturday evenings.
What You Get:

Exclusive use of the space and amenities.
- A personal attendant to take care of the low down dirty work like hauling tables and chairs to and from the storage room, taking out the party evidence (aka trash), keeping the washrooms neat and tidy, and just being helpful to you and your guests while you're with us.
- Public event-holders will get a featured events page on our website and invitations sent to fans via our e-newsletter and social media pages.
But we don't stop there. On top of that, we can offer you:
Popular event services: We’re happy to provide room setup, cleanup or white cloth table linens for a small add-on fee so you and your guests don't have to sweat the dirty work--we'll do it for you!

Private party packages:
Wrapped in Love Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions
- Room reservation for up to 16 hours on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- Tables and chairs setup + tear-down and cleanup
- 20% discount on table linens rental
The Baby Bump & Getting Hitched Showers
- Room reservation for up to 6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon before 5pm
- Tables and chairs setup + tear-down and cleanup
- 20% discount on table linens rental
Available Discounts
Book the room for 8 hours or longer, book regularly on multiple dates, or book a date that's less than 20 days away on the calendar, and we'll reward you with special savings. And please reach out to us with your plans even if you believe you don't have the budget to make your booking. We would rather have you here than not here, and welcome any opportunity to find a way to make it happen (we may not be yogis, but we're just as flexible).
Of course, there’s some small print (aka Terms & Conditions):
$300 security deposit required for private parties and is due the day of the event. Prices are subject to change at any time. Signed rental agreement, liability waiver, and at least half of the space rental fee is required to reserve the room. Full payment is due 30 days prior to event date. Public events may need additional permits if serving food or alcohol. We can give you the low down, once we know the exact details.
