It was Sunday May 19, 2013 and we opened The Buzz Shoppe from 10am-4pm to go alongside Fair Diddley in Woodstock, IL.

It was a great lineup of local vendors who came out to participate at this show. Months of planning go into these pop-up markets and it turned out to be a mini-indoor fair. Traffic was good though it was difficult to draw people behind in from behind the vendor booths.

Luckily we had Skrat Kangaroo and his friends on board for the day to help pass out brochures and to send people inside.

We also had talented local musicians playing music including Andrew Sedlak and DuWayne Fair.

Inside the shop we had Now We’re Cookin’ Catering & Desserts, Kash Maxwell’s Gourmet Hot Dogs, Maui Wowi Smoothies, The Woodstock Independent, Spin Art Machine, Chix That Stitch, Literary Alterations, Sashique, Marede Jewelry, Additions Style, Wildtree, Miche, & Shirley J.

It was well into the 90′s, so these smoothies were very refreshing.
